Getting the APK

Gambling apps with real stakes are kept out of the Play Store in many countries. That is why SpinCity offers its Android app as an APK file on its own website. An APK is simply the installation file format Android uses for every app.

Use the genuine casino address and nothing else. Copies on file-sharing sites, forums or messenger groups may be modified and unsafe. The team will send you the official link on request. How to recognise the real domain is explained in our guide to the official site.

It is a short job, and the download is light enough for mobile data. Check that the phone has some free space.

How to install the APK

Almost all Android devices follow the same installation pattern. Settings names vary slightly by manufacturer, but the logic is the same. Keep to the order below to go from download to login in minutes.

• Visit the casino on your phone and press the app download button
• Grant the permission to install
• Open the downloaded file in the notification bar or downloads folder
• Confirm the installation and wait a few seconds
• Sign in with your existing account

Android displays a generic security notice for apps outside the store. This message appears for every app installed outside Google Play, not only for casino apps. After installation, you can switch the permission off again in the settings.

What the app offers

Games, banking and chat are all there. More than 7000 games by 24 providers are all in the app. Pre-match and live betting works in the app too. Balance, bonuses and history stay in sync with the site. Favourites saved on the website appear in the app as well. Our SpinCity casino review covers games, bonuses and payments in full.

Promotions are announced by notification. Prefer quiet? Mute them in the app or phone settings.

The app cashier in Zambia can pay with iCash. One, JetonBank, Airtel, MTN, Zamtel, USDT, MiFinity and BinancePay. Some methods ask you to confirm in another app. KYC photos can be taken and sent from within the app. The deposit guide lists every option with its limits.

Common problems

When a new version is ready, the app offers the update itself. Keep the app current to avoid errors and security gaps. Update failed? Get a fresh copy from the website.

Install errors and crashes

An installation error often means the permission was not granted or the download was incomplete. Delete the file, download it again and repeat the steps. If the app opens but behaves oddly, clear its cache in the phone settings. Very old Android versions may not run the app, and then the mobile site is the alternative.

App problems go to support 24/7 via live chat, email and phone.

App or mobile site

Content is identical in the app and in the browser. If you play often, the app saves a few steps each time. The browser version is better if you prefer not to download files. The browser version is covered in our mobile site guide.

100% up to ZMW 11,000 + 50 free spins is the same in the app. The 35x rollover progress and your limits are in the app as well. You can use both, since the account is the same. Some people keep the app for quick sessions and the desktop site for longer ones. Your preferences are stored in the account, not in the device.

Good habits

The app stays signed in, lock the phone with a PIN or fingerprint. Two-step verification protects your balance. No real agent will ask for your password.

Disable push offers if they become a temptation. Gambling is for adults, 18+, and should stay entertainment. Set deposit limits and session reminders in the app settings. Breaks and self-exclusion can be activated in the app. Removing the app for a few weeks can help if play starts to feel automatic, and independent organisations offer free, confidential help.
